We had a solid offer on our home within a week of putting it on the market in Oct. 2014 and we closed on the house last week. Not only is Molly highly motivated and extremely tenacious, she has a wonderful way of dealing with seniors. We had 3 family members in their 80's who were part of this real estate transaction and Molly was able to explain the process to them in terms they could understand. We were lucky enough to meet Molly at random during an impromptu open house visit to another apartment, and we exchanged emails. From there, it was smooth sailing - we moved to Chicago from out of town, and she worked around our schedule to do two full days of visits while we were in town for a wedding. That was all we needed, and we got a great place for a great price.

When I first met Molly I had no idea whether I wanted to continue to rent or to buy. She didn't get frustrated like most agents but instead counseled me, showed me my options, and showed me some fabulous places on both ends of the spectrum. I love Molly and have/will continue to recommend her to friends/family/everyone! She found me a great place (that no other agents could get me in to view I might add!) and when I do make that leap to buy she will be the first person I call. She is well versed in the real estate market, friendly, personable, and she listens to your needs. A+

I actually met Molly last year at an open house my friend and I wandered into. I liked her instantly, but I was already signed with an acquaintance. She sent me the nicest email after we met - not some canned email, an actual, personalized email based on things we talked about. Well, everything happens for a reason - my home purchase was put off until this year, my contract with the other realtor (who I was less than thrilled with) had expired, and the first person I thought of was Molly.
And she remembered me! Oh happy joyous day! (Sidenote - she runs a dog rescue group on the side, so if you think like I do, you know that how a person treats animals speaks volumes about them, so hiring her was a no brainer.)
Within a couple days we met up and she got my search started. I had been keeping an eye on the market for the last year, so I like to think I was a relatively easy client with realistic expectations, lol. Molly was great at showing me things in my price range in the neighborhoods I requested. She didn't waste my time with things I didn't like, though there were a few that she nudged me on to look at in a different way, which I appreciated because she was usually right. She helped me compare properties in ways I wouldn't have considered, and all the while she had a great sense of humor. I felt like I was condo shopping with a friend (which made it SO FUN), and I trusted her opinion completely. And when I asked what I thought might be silly-first-time-home-buyer questions, she would be like, are you kidding? That's a great question!
The thing that I liked the most is she didn't judge me or try to talk me out of things that my former realtor had. In fact, she pointed out things that made my wants feel more justified. Example: I don't own a car, so she immediately knew I needed to be close to public transit and within walking distance of essentials. She looked at the neighborhood where I lived while renting, where I have everything at my doorstep and pointed out that I need those things to be happy. She was RIGHT. I loved that she understood that immediately, and didn't try to push me into a neighborhood that might have been great, but isn't exactly the best fit for someone who has no intentions of owning a car, like myself.
In the end, I found a condo fairly quickly. While I may have felt like I was condo shopping with a friend, when it came time for contract negotiations I knew I was dealing with a kick ass business woman. She got me a price I was happy with, and even negotiated the special assessment that I had no intentions of paying. And she laughed with me when the seller (who is BATSHIT CRAZY) lost his damn mind during attorney review.
I could go on and on, but just know that if you pick Molly you won't be disappointed. She is on her game, loads of fun, and will fight for what you want in negotiations.
